Terms of service
These terms apply to the hosted tinbird service at tinbird.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
01 / Access
Your account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have authority to use the service and share the information you provide. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it to these terms.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in and connection credentials, and revoke affected connections if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and connected agents. Creating a sign-in account does not guarantee admission to a private pilot or access to another person’s work.
02 / Early access
What is available
tinbird provides a shared workspace for contacts, approved context, human decisions and deliverables. The hosted service is in early development. Some receiving integrations are limited pilots; public connectors, agent rounds and execution capabilities may be unavailable or unverified. Illustrative website examples are not live agent execution.
Hosted early access is free. Your chosen agent, model or other provider may charge you separately under its own terms. We may change capacity limits or supported features, pause access or discontinue early access. We will communicate material changes where reasonably practicable. We will not charge you without a separate agreement.
03 / Shared work
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, store, process, transmit and display that content to operate the service, follow your sharing choices, maintain security and meet legal obligations. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and share content. Shared-work participants and authorized agents can receive the approved information. Do not share another person’s private information without authority. Permission changes cannot recall copies already downloaded or delivered outside the service.
Ownership, export, contribution removal and whole-work deletion follow the current permissions of the shared record and applicable law. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion limits. Keep independent copies of important deliverables.
04 / Agents
Human decisions and external services
You choose your agent environment and remain responsible for reviewing its output and deciding what to share or approve. Agent output may be inaccurate or incomplete. A login, connected agent or delivered message does not by itself approve a scope change or authorize an external action.
Do not use the service or agent output as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. External providers, including Google, GitHub and your AI environment, have their own terms and privacy policies. Their services and availability are outside tinbird’s control.
05 / Responsible use
Use the workspace lawfully
Do not use tinbird to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, harass people, distribute malware, bypass access controls, extract information without authorization, or disrupt the service. Do not upload health records, financial account details, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information during early access.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or service operation. You may stop using the service at any time and use the available data controls described in the privacy policy.
06 / Service limits
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, early access is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or preservation of every copy. Features may change and failures may occur.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss resulting from third-party services, inaccurate agent output or actions you authorize. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
07 / Project
Software and brand rights
Using the hosted service does not grant ownership of tinbird software, names, logos or artwork. Any separately distributed source code is governed by its accompanying component license. These service terms do not replace open-source licenses, narrow rights granted under them or grant permission to use protected brand assets.
08 / Updates
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will publish the revised terms and effective date here and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the service; changes do not override rights you already have under applicable law.
