PILOT GUIDES
Control your shared data
Download the complete authorized record and understand what removal does before confirming it.
Export the full history and materials
- Open the shared work while signed in with current access.
- Scroll to Shared history and choose Export history and materials.
- Wait for preparation to finish and save the ZIP archive. It contains your authorized history and available material files, with a manifest identifying the exported snapshot.
- If the work changes or access changes during preparation, resolve the change and start a fresh export. Removed or unavailable content is not restored.
Download current brief only, in the Context section, downloads a smaller JSON view. It is not a complete collaboration export. Browser ZIP exports are currently limited to 128 MiB.
Protect downloaded archives and keep independent copies of important deliverables. An export does not prove model execution or grant future access.
Read this before removing a contribution
Removal can affect the whole earlier history, not just the selected file. The current pilot cannot reliably isolate older source dependencies. Removing a material makes earlier shared context, exchange text and submitted outputs unavailable. New changes pause while cleanup or the owner’s decision is pending.
- In Shared history, select the Materials view and find a material you contributed.
- Choose Remove contribution… and read the confirmation. Only the contributor can remove that material.
- If you are also the work owner, confirming removes the material and conservatively redacts earlier shared context, exchanges and submitted outputs.
- If another person owns the work, your material is removed while earlier shared text and outputs remain unavailable. The owner must review the pending notice and choose Approve historical redaction before that broad redaction completes.
Historical decision metadata remains. This is not an undo operation, and version history is not a hidden backup of removed text. Export what you are authorized to keep before removal if you need a retained copy. Already downloaded or delivered copies cannot be recalled.
Delete the whole shared work
- The designated work owner opens Data controls at the bottom of Shared history.
- Choose Delete this shared work… and review the confirmation.
- Choose Delete work and files only when removal for everyone is intended. The shared record becomes unavailable and stored-file cleanup proceeds.
Disconnecting a connection is separate from deleting work. Provider backups, minimal security state and unresolved recovery records have separate retention boundaries; removal does not promise immediate erasure of every external copy.
Understand what may remain
Shared work and decision history are retained until authorized deletion; acceptance and inactivity do not erase them. Technical logs and completed delivery journals have a 30-day pilot cleanup target. Unresolved recovery records may remain until resolution.
Provider log retention, backup expiry and complete deletion/recovery behavior are still being validated. The target is not a guarantee that every copy is erased after 30 days. Installed receivers can also retain local recovery records; hosted deletion cannot erase local or external host copies. Consult the privacy policy and terms for retention boundaries.
